Our procedures make sure that we only get the most qualified officers and crew based on the requirements of our principals.  The following standards are made part of initial assessment:

  • WMSI selection criteria
  • Principal matrix
  • Authentication of documents
  • Validity of documents
  • BMI screening
  • Background checking with government agencies
  • Background checking with at least three previous employers
  • Computer-based technical exam
  • Computer-based language exam
  • Technical coaching and interview
